En effet, il est nécessaire de nous confier les clés de votre véhicule lors de votre départ. Elles seront ensuite conservées en toute sécurité dans notre salle des clés sécurisée, située au sein du parking.
Soyez rassuré, votre véhicule restera stationné au sein de l’enceinte de notre parking.
Nous conservons les clés de votre véhicule car notre parking est organisé en différentes zones auxquelles les clients n’ont pas accès.
À votre arrivée, vous stationnerez votre véhicule en zone d’arrivée. Pendant votre absence, nos équipes le déplaceront vers notre zone de stockage, située à l’arrière du parking.
Enfin, à votre retour, votre véhicule sera préparé et stationné en zone de départ afin qu’il soit prêt à repartir dès votre arrivée.
Après avoir déposé votre véhicule à l’intérieur du parking près de nos bureaux, nous procéderons à une vérification de l’ensemble de votre réservation.

Our shuttle service operates every day day and night, every 10 minutes.
Our driver will take you to P9less than 5 minutes from Nantes Atlantique airport.
When you return, the shuttle will be waiting for you to P9 also (Find out more).

If you have taken out cancellation insurance, your booking will be refunded in full.
- If you did not take out cancellation insurance when you made your booking, please consult our general terms and conditions of sale.
When you book, you can reserve the following options directly online:
- Cancellation insurance : In the event of cancellation or modification of your booking, a full refund will be made.
- État des lieux : une prestation d’état des lieux est disponible au tarif de 10 €. Elle comprend la réalisation d’une fiche d’état des lieux papier, établie conjointement entre le Client et l’un de nos salariés lors du dépôt du véhicule au sein de notre parking. Une copie de cette fiche est remise au client.
- Cleaning the vehicle : Take advantage of your absence to save time and get your car back to like-new condition with our various cleaning options. We offer exterior, interior and complete cleaning.
- Electric charging : Whether your vehicle is 100 % electric or hybrid, you'll find your car ready to take you home.
If you change your windscreen we will offer parking during your stay as well as return airport transfers.
The vehicle is not moved from the car park, but a technician intervenes directly on site.
If you have an excess, this will be reimbursed (*up to €150).
We take care of all the administrative procedures.
On receipt of your online payment a summary of your booking and payment will be sent to you by e-mail.
All you have to do is present this voucher on the day you arrive at the car park.
