A warm welcome. The property inspection was charged for, unnecessary and carried out too quickly. This service should be included as standard, which is why I’m not giving 5 stars. The check-in went according to the stated procedure and took less than 10 minutes. Overall, the price was reasonable.

No problems with our car. On the way there, the driver was very pleasant; on the way back, there was a bit of a wait (it’s summer, so no problem – in winter it wouldn’t have been the same 😉) and the driver didn’t say a word to us 🫤.... We use this car park twice a year and we’d recommend it 👍

The service was decent, and the wait wasn’t too long. Unfortunately, the shuttle doesn’t drop you off right outside the terminal but at a car park some distance away, so you have to walk. It’s best to know this before you book. (I have reduced mobility)

It’s very handy to be able to leave your car for 8 days at an affordable price (it’s a shame they charged us €10 at the last minute for the night-time service). We were driven to Car Park P9; do bear in mind that it’s a bit of a walk to the airport. Overall, everything went well; the only slight downside was that the staff weren’t quite as courteous as they could have been. I was travelling with my 77-year-old mother (there was no help getting her in and out of the car, which was a bit high for her, and no help with the luggage).

Well organised; no worries about our car or the shuttle bus

We are satisfied with the service, just as we have been in previous years. Just one comment: we received a message whilst we were travelling asking us to replace our windscreen. We were very surprised, so we asked for a photo of the supposedly damaged windscreen but never heard back. What on earth????

It was really straightforward – brilliant. It was the first time I’d booked this car park; I’m used to airport car parks. The staff were very friendly, and there were no problems with the shuttle on the way back – it was waiting for us. I’d recommend it and will use Ouest Parking next time.

Great – very efficient on the way there, but there were organisational issues on the return journey: people were rushing to get on the shuttle. The drivers should have organised a queue based on the messages received. We’d been called before other people, even though our suitcases were already in the boot; they were quickly loaded onto the shuttle, so we had to take our suitcases back down and wait 20 minutes for another shuttle 😬 Very friendly staff

I did manage to get my car back with no apparent damage, but my house key was also on my car key ring – and I’ve never found it since! What’s more, nobody had told me to remove my house key from the car key ring. I’ve tried contacting them by phone and email, but haven’t received a single reply!! Please be careful.

Everything went well for us: they stuck to the timetable and the team were friendly.
